I am Dr. Kunjal Sinha, an academician with over 22 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, administration, and institutional development. Currently, I serve as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Parul University. Prior to this role, I held key leadership positions as the Director of the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) and Director of the Centre of Internal Quality Assurance (CIQA), where I played a pivotal role in establishing the University’s Centre for Distance and Online Education.

Throughout my academic journey, I have remained deeply committed to creating meaningful impact across all levels of education through innovative learning approaches. My focus has always been on expanding access to education and building competencies for learners in India and across the globe. At Parul University, I was instrumental in securing statutory approvals from UGC-DEB for 11 Online Learning and 28 Open Distance Learning programs. These initiatives have significantly strengthened the University’s vision of delivering academic excellence across dynamic learning landscapes.

I have also led the end-to-end student lifecycle management, encompassing admissions, onboarding, academic support, examinations, placements, and alumni engagement. Aligning with the University’s vision for Education 4.0 and digital transformation, I played a key role in developing the University’s Learning Management System (LMS). This initiative ensured enhanced knowledge delivery and seamless learning experiences for both online learners and full-time students through a robust technological framework.

In addition, I spearheaded the development of the Continuing Education Programs (CEP) vertical, driving its strategic growth and operational excellence. Since 2023, this initiative has expanded to over 250 academic programs with more than 9,600 enrolments.

As Pro-Vice Chancellor, I contribute to the University’s strategic vision and governance, supporting management and administrative functions as a key institutional pillar. Beyond Parul University, I have served in several prominent leadership roles, including In-charge Director at C.K. Shah Vijapurwala Institute of Management and Anand Institute of Management, as well as a strategy consultant for leading marketing firms.

My passion for education continues through my role as a Professor of Management. I have published over 30 research papers in reputed journals and authored a book on the life insurance industry. As a Ph.D guide, I actively mentor and nurture young researchers, fostering a strong culture of quality research.

In recognition of my contributions, I have received several awards, including the HEF Gujarat Chapter’s Innovation in Education Award and the Innovative Trainer Award from the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), among others.

For me, inspiring the next generation of learners remains at the heart of my work and impact in higher education.
