Im Santhiya and I am from Perundurai, Tamil Nadu. I completed my B.Com in E-Commerce and later developed a strong interest in early childhood education. Because of my passion for teaching young children, I completed an Advanced Diploma in Montessori and Primary Education from VSSS Montessori Teacher Training Institute, Erode. Through this training I learned different Montessori methods, child-centered teaching techniques, activity-based learning, and ways to support the overall development of young learners.

I have around two years of experience working as a Montessori teacher, where I handled preschool children and guided them in their early learning stage. I conducted classes that included rhymes, storytelling, phonics, alphabets, numbers, and simple activity-based learning. I always try to create a warm and friendly classroom environment where children feel safe, happy, and excited to learn new things. I believe every child learns in a unique way, so I patiently support them and encourage their creativity, confidence, and communication skills.

I am comfortable teaching children in English while also explaining concepts in Tamil when needed so that they can understand clearly. My goal as a teacher is to make learning fun, interactive, and meaningful for children. I enjoy motivating kids, helping them build strong basic skills, and developing their interest in learning from an early age. I am a patient, caring, and dedicated teacher who truly enjoys working with young children. I am currently looking for an opportunity to work as an online Montessori or KG teacher where I can use my knowledge, experience, and passion to support children in their early education and learning journey.
